1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and enrol in a course. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide (name, email, phone number) is accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

2. The Course

The Data Analyst Masterclass is a self-paced, pre-recorded video course covering Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, and Statistics, delivered through your student dashboard. Lectures unlock sequentially as you complete each preceding video, so you progress through the material in the intended order. Course content, curriculum, video count, and structure may be updated, expanded, or revised by DataVix from time to time to improve quality, and such updates do not entitle you to a refund.

3. Digital Course Access

The Platform provides access to digital educational content. Upon successful payment, you receive a limited licence to access the course and related materials; you do not acquire ownership of any content. Access to the Platform may be suspended, restricted, or terminated in accordance with these Terms and our Refund Policy.

4. Fees & Payment

Course fees are displayed on the Platform at the time of enrolment and are payable in full, in advance, through our payment partner Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your account and course access are activated only after successful payment verification.

Promotional, discounted, sale, launch, festival, bundle, coupon, affiliate, and other special pricing may be offered by DataVix from time to time at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases made under such promotional or discounted pricing are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Promotional prices are temporary offers and do not establish the regular selling price of the course. DataVix reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue promotional pricing at any time without notice.

5. License to Use & Restrictions

Upon successful payment, DataVix grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your own individual learning purposes. You agree that you will not:

• Share your account credentials with any other person;
• Download, record, screen-capture, copy, reproduce, or redistribute course videos or materials;
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit any part of the course content;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or bypass the sequential unlock or access-control mechanisms of the Platform;
• Upload course content to any third-party platform, public or private;
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems, promotional pricing restrictions, refund eligibility requirements, or any security or access-control mechanisms implemented by DataVix.

Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund, in addition to any other legal remedies available to DataVix.

The licence granted to you immediately terminates if your account is suspended, terminated, or if a refund is approved under the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All course videos, curriculum, text, graphics, logos, practice files, dashboards, and other materials made available on the Platform are the exclusive property of DataVix or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Account Security & User Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at rahul@datavix.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or other users' experience, including attempting to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

You must not create multiple accounts, or use false identities, payment methods, or email addresses, for the purpose of obtaining multiple promotional offers or refund benefits.

8. Monitoring, Fraud Prevention & Audit Logs

DataVix may monitor login activity, device information, IP addresses, browser information, and other technical identifiers to detect unauthorised account sharing, misuse, fraud, or security threats.

DataVix may maintain payment records, login history, IP addresses, device information, browser details, course progress, video watch history, download history, certificate records, and other system logs for security, fraud prevention, compliance, customer support, and dispute resolution purposes.

9. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued electronically once you have watched and marked complete all videos in the course. Certificates are intended to recognise completion of the course content and do not constitute a professional accreditation, degree, or diploma issued or recognised by any government or accreditation body, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors outside our reasonable control (including outages of third-party infrastructure such as our hosting or video-streaming providers). We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and restore access promptly.

11. Disclaimer of Outcomes

DataVix provides educational content and does not guarantee any specific employment outcome, job offer, promotion, salary, or interview result as a result of completing the course. Your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, prior experience, and the job market.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DataVix and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or the course shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to DataVix for the course in question.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

• violated these Terms;
• engaged in fraudulent or abusive refund requests;
• initiated an improper payment dispute or chargeback;
• shared, copied, downloaded, or redistributed course content;
• attempted to bypass Platform security or licensing restrictions.

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us, subject to our data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting DataVix, we reserve the right to suspend your account, revoke access to the Platform, and submit payment records, login history, course progress, download history, device information, IP addresses, and other relevant evidence to the payment processor or issuing bank.

15. Refunds

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy before completing payment.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DataVix, its founders, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

18. Survival

Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Licence Restrictions, Refunds, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Payment Disputes, and any other provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall continue in effect after termination of your account.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will, where appropriate, be communicated to you by email or via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
