About this dataset
The HR Analytics dataset captures the full employee lifecycle: demographics, department, role, tenure, compensation, performance ratings, satisfaction scores and — crucially — an attrition flag. It’s built for HR analytics and people-dashboard practice: identify what drives employees to leave, model attrition risk, compare pay equity across departments and build an executive HR scorecard in Power BI or Excel.
